Chris currently has openings for clients of age 18+ at our Anderson office, as well as telehealth appointments. 

As humans, I believe we all experience anxiety, depression, anger, and stress to some degree. Even though these feelings and experiences are very common, how we deal with them isn't. There are times in life when these emotional states impede our daily functioning and need to be addressed. I feel together we can work on getting your mental health in a better place. I really believe we are our own therapists. We sometimes lose sight of this getting caught up in the routine chaos of everyday life. I enjoy creating an accepting, laidback, and non-judgemental environment where people feel comfortable addressing their issues. I believe in finding realistic coping skills for each individual that can make things better. I realize everyone is different and finding balance can be a challenge. I take a present moment awareness and perspective taking approach to counseling. I take pride in my communication skills and being able to really relate to people.  I look at what we can and can't control and help individuals put their mental health needs front and center.
