Inclusive Counseling

I believe healing happens in relationship. I see clients as the experts of their own lives and aim to provide a safe and affirming space for people to explore, grow, and evolve. Through genuine care and creative collaboration, I have witnessed the rippling effects of this work. I am passionate about providing support, resources, and access to those facing barriers to living their most fulfilled and authentic lives.

 

As a former high school Intervention Specialist, I specialize in working with teens. Yet, I have over a decade of professional experience working with a variety of young people and their families all ranging in age, background, and need—equipping me to serve truly diverse populations. I am interested in learning about the unique intersections of each individuals’ life. Pivoting my career from education to counseling was an extremely intentional decision aimed to help engage with the wide range of emotional difficulties people face in a more meaningful way.

 

Empowering individuals helps to strengthen our communities, which positively impacts the world as a whole.

 

My therapeutic interests and current modalities include:
