Welcome! I’m glad you landed here. As a therapist intern, I am excited to support individuals,
couples, and families on their journeys toward healing and growth. Using a nonjudgmental,
trauma-informed, and collaborative approach, I aim to create a safe, intimate space for self-
discovery and authentic expression. Whether you are experiencing relationship issues,
challenging life transitions, parenting challenges, betrayal, depression, anxiety, trauma-related
symptoms, or something simply feels off, I would be honored to be a part of your path toward a
more peaceful place.

Drawing from an integrative framework that includes elements of attachment theory, the
Gottman Method, and narrative therapy, I will strive to tailor my interventions to meet your
unique needs. I welcome multicultural, interracial, interfaith, LGBTQ+, and polyamorous
couples.

Seeking therapy and exploring new aspects of your relationships is a courageous step.
I hope to help you nurture the strength and resilience that already exist within you so that you
can achieve the goals that are most meaningful to you.

Education and Experience
I received my bachelor’s degree in Spanish at the University of Cincinnati in 2021 and I am
currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University. I
have worked as a preschool teacher for eight years and have experience working with children
aged 18 months to 12 years old and their families.
