Taking the first steps toward healing and mental health is a courageous act that I am honored to be a part of. As your counselor, I strive to build a collaborative partnership with you to develop a plan to address the unique challenges you face. This partnership centers on providing the space you need to feel trusted, supported, and empowered. I believe that meaningful change comes from discovering strengths, fostering self-compassion, and developing tools that empower authenticity. Together, we will work to identify and process your thoughts, emotions, and experiences free of judgment and at a pace that works for you. 

 

My treatment approach is tailored to the specific individual client that I work with, pulling from evidenced-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior- informed Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. I enjoy utilizing mindfulness, parts work, and motivational interviewing to support my clients’ goals.

Logan received his Master of Arts in Counseling (December 2018) and Bachelor of Science in Psychology (May 2016) both from Cincinnati Christian University.
