I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker- Supervisor (LISW-S). I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from The University of Kentucky and my Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University. I have 11 years of experience working with preschool aged children through adolescents in the school-based setting and private practice. I have a specialized interest in working with children experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and self-esteem issues.

I believe in using an individualized and strengths-based approach to help you and your child meet your goals. In our sessions, I will ensure that your child has a safe place to process and explore their feelings. I love to utilize play-based interventions to engage young clients! This not only increases effectiveness but makes it more fun. I am pursuing my Register Play Therapist credential and I have training in Theraplay, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
